The Gravel Disc  has been designed around a generous 30mm internal rim width, providing excellent support for modern gravel tyres between 45mm and 55mm. The wider rim profile improves tyre stability through corners, increases rider confidence on loose surfaces and enhances comfort over long distances without compromising rolling speed.

Built Around Strength

At the heart of every Gravel Disc is UPVINE's own lightweight hub, designed and manufactured entirely in-house.

Machined from an ultra-high-strength aluminium alloy developed from the same material family used in advanced aerospace applications, the hub delivers exceptional strength while maintaining low overall weight.

ConicalSync™ Tangent Engagement

Every Gravel wheelset features UPVINE's ConicalSync™ 60T Tangent Engagement System.

The unique conical tangent ratchet provides an exceptionally quick 6° engagement angle, ensuring immediate power transfer whenever you accelerate or need to apply power over technical terrain.

Unlike conventional radial ratchet systems, the tangent tooth profile increases the engagement contact area by approximately 10%, improving stability, durability and torque capacity.

Purpose-Built for Gravel

The Gravel Disc uses UPVINE's own custom-engineered lightweight stainless steel spokes, weighing just 3.7g each.

Despite their low weight, each spoke delivers a failure strength of 3500N, providing outstanding durability for demanding gravel riding.

To further improve long-term reliability, every spoke is paired with a titanium alloy nipple, offering exceptional corrosion resistance and eliminating the corrosion issues commonly associated with traditional spoke nipples. The result is a wheelset built to withstand wet winters, dusty race conditions and years of hard riding.

An asymmetric rim profile carefully balances spoke tension across both sides of the wheel, increasing lateral stiffness and stability while helping the wheel remain true under heavy loads.
