Cancellation policy

Pre-orders and other purchase options may be cancelled before the order has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already been dispatched, our standard returns and refund policy will apply.

Estimated dispatch dates shown for pre-order products are estimates and may occasionally change. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an updated estimated dispatch date and you may choose to cancel your order for a full refund.
