How can I contact you?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 30 days to return an item, provided it is:
- unused
- uninstalled
- returned in its original packaging
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days once the item is received back with us.
Please contact us at sales@offthefront.cc before initiating a return so we can advise on the process.
Do you ship internationally?
At present we only ship within the United Kingdom.
If you are based outside the UK and interested in ordering, please contact us before placing an order and we’ll advise if we can help.
Should I grease titanium bolts before installation?
In most cases, yes.
We recommend preparing titanium bolt threads with acopper anti-seize compoundprior to installation.
What torque should I set my bolts to?
If you’re unsure, always refer to the component manufacturer’s recommended torque values.
If you’re still unsure after that, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help you determine the correct torque.
How do I measure bolt length correctly?
In most S-Parts bolt lengths refer to the shaft length only — measured from under the bolt head to the end of the thread. COUNTERSUNK HEAD bolts measurement refers to the full length of the bolt. We try to provide as much information regarding the sizing of the bolts in the imagery on each individual product.
We aim to include as much detail as possible on product pages, but if you’re unsure, get in touch before ordering.
The product I want is out of stock — what now?
We don’t currently take paid pre-orders due to varying lead times.
We only sell products we physically hold in stock in the UK, but if something you want is unavailable, contact us and we’ll be happy to provide an estimated restock time.
I’m looking for an S-Parts or VoiceVelo product that isn’t listed — can you order it?
Yes.
The brands we supply have extensive catalogues, and it’s not always possible to list everything at once. We prioritise stocking items we have available and ready to ship.
If there’s something specific you’re after, contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
I work in a bike shop or distribution — do you offer trade pricing?
Yes.
