How can I contact you?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 30 days to return an item, provided it is:
- unused
- uninstalled
- returned in its original packaging
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days once the item is received back with us.
Please contact us at sales@offthefront.cc before initiating a return so we can advise on the process.
Do you ship internationally?
At present we only ship within the United Kingdom.
If you are based outside the UK and interested in ordering, please contact us before placing an order and we’ll advise if we can help.
Should I grease titanium bolts before installation?
In most cases, yes.
We recommend preparing titanium bolt threads with acopper anti-seize compoundprior to installation.
What torque should I set my bolts to?
If you’re unsure, always refer to the component manufacturer’s recommended torque values.
If you’re still unsure after that, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help you determine the correct torque.
How do I measure bolt length correctly?
For most S-Parts bolts, the stated length refers to the shaft length — measured from directly underneath the bolt head to the end of the thread.
For countersunk bolts, the stated length includes the head and is measured from the top of the bolt to the end of the thread.
Where possible, we provide detailed dimensions and sizing information on each individual product page.
If you're replacing an existing bolt, we recommend measuring the original bolt before ordering and comparing it with the dimensions shown on the product page. If you're unsure about compatibility, please contact us before ordering.
The product I want is out of stock — what now?
Products displaying our green UK STOCK badge are physically held by us in the UK and ready for dispatch.
For selected products that are currently unavailable, we offer pre-order with just a 10% deposit. This secures your order, with the remaining balance payable when your product is ready.
Where pre-order is available, you'll see the option directly on the product page along with the estimated lead time.
If a product isn't currently available for pre-order, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide an estimated restock time.
I’m looking for a product that isn’t listed — can you order it?
Yes.
The brands we work with have extensive product ranges, and we can't always hold every product, specification or colour in UK stock.
If there’s something specific you’re looking for that isn’t currently listed on our website, contact us and we’ll be happy to check availability, pricing and lead time for you.

Yes.
