The S-Parts Titanium Brake Bolt Kit is a complete lightweight hardware upgrade specifically designed for SRAM Maven Ultimate and SRAM Maven Silver mountain bike disc brake systems.

The comprehensive 38-piece kit replaces standard hardware throughout the brake levers and front and rear calipers with precision-machined titanium components. It covers everything from lever pivot and master cylinder cap bolts through to hydraulic connections, caliper mounting hardware, caliper body bolts and brake pad retaining pins.

Manufactured from S-Parts TC4 Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), the complete kit weighs approximately 56.1g, combining low weight with excellent strength, fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance.

But this kit isn't just about weight.

S-Parts has incorporated deep Torx tool engagement on applicable bolts to provide positive tool engagement, helping to reduce the risk of rounding while allowing the correct installation torque to be applied accurately. Selected components also feature precision laser-etched S-Parts graphics, adding another level of finishing detail.

Important Installation Note

The brake lever bleed port screws, caliper body screws and brake lever master cylinder cap screws must be installed using the original manufacturer's sealing rings.

These original sealing rings are required and should be transferred from the original SRAM hardware during installation.

This kit contains safety-critical brake hardware. Always follow SRAM's official installation procedures and specified torque values for each individual component. Correct torque varies according to the location and function of the fixing.
