At the heart of every PRO wheelset is UPVINE's own lightweight hub, designed, engineered and manufactured entirely in-house.

Manufactured from an ultra-high-strength aluminium alloy developed from the same material family used in advanced aerospace applications, the hub delivers exceptional strength while maintaining impressively low weight.

ConicalSync™ Tangent Engagement

The PRO features UPVINE's ConicalSync™ 60T Tangent Engagement System, providing rapid 6° engagement for immediate response under power.

Unlike traditional radial ratchet systems, the unique tangent tooth profile increases engagement surface area by approximately 10%, creating greater stability, improved torque capacity and enhanced long-term reliability.

Every pedal stroke is transferred quickly and efficiently, whether accelerating from slow corners or sprinting for the line.

DualBalance™ Geometry System

One of the defining features of the PRO is UPVINE's DualBalance™ Geometry System.

By combining a 2:1 rear spoke lacing pattern with carefully engineered hub flange geometry, the system optimises spoke bracing angles and balances spoke tension across both sides of the wheel.

The result is exceptional lateral stiffness, improved stability under load and a wheel that remains true and responsive throughout years of hard riding.

Built Around Durability

The PRO uses UPVINE's own custom-engineered ultra-light stainless steel spokes, weighing just 3.7g each.

Despite their lightweight construction, each spoke achieves a breaking strength of 3500N—approximately 124% stronger than many mainstream stainless steel spokes.

To complement the spoke system, every PRO wheelset is fitted with titanium alloy nipples, providing exceptional corrosion resistance and eliminating the risk of corrosion-related failures caused by sweat, road salt and harsh weather conditions.
