Measuring Your Bolts & Screws (Important)

Bolt sizing can be confusing — especially when brands measure hardware differently.

For S-Parts products, bolt and screw length refers to the shaft length only:
✅ measured from under the bolt head to the end of the thread.

S-Parts thread sizes range from M3 through to M10, covering the most common bicycle applications.

Why Titanium? Surely my stock bolts are fine?

Titanium is well known for its light weight, durability, superior corrosion resistance and strength.  S-Parts manufactures all their parts from their own TC4 Grade 5 Titanium alloy. Their TC4 bolts are manufactured to equivalent Grade 10.9 High tensile steel but are half the weight and retain a minimum tensile strength of 1000mpa giving you all the benefits if high strength whilst maintaining light weight!! They are the benchmark in terms of strength and style.

How are they coloured?

To achieve these bold colourways two different types of methods are used to create a durable finish. Both Vacuum Nitride and Anodizing processes are used to colour all S-Parts components.  Both techniques are well known for their durability and corrosion resistance while maintaining these extraordinary colourways!

Black, Blue Gold and Rainbow colours are achieved using the Vacuum Nitride Process.

Candy, Green, Purple colours are achieve using the Anodizing Process.

All S-Parts bolts come with a lifetime warranty on the colouring.

Measuring my bolts?

While we try to list as much information as possible underneath every image we hold on the site, sometimes it can be a little confusing where their numbers come from or how the bolts are measured! 

The length of all S-Parts bolts refers to the length of the bolt shaft. So everything below the head of the bolt!

S-Parts bicycle bolt thread widths range from M3 right through to M10.

For Orders lower than £30 a flat rate of £3.39 applies to all orders and all orders under £30 will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

All orders over £30 will be sent on a 48-hour Tracked and Insured delivery service.  If you have any special requirements regarding the delivery services please leave a comment on your order and we will do our very best to accommodate your requests.  We all ride and understand that from time to time there is a rush to get product for the weekend.
